Upload your lab results

Any lab, any format. Upload the PDF or a few screenshots and Protocol pulls out every biomarker, flags what's out of range, and tracks it draw over draw.

About 2 minutes iPhone and web

Step by step

Upload your lab results

  1. 1

    Open Lab Imports

Open Biomarkers, from your tab bar or from More, and tap Imports in the top-right corner.

First time? Tap Upload lab results in the middle of the screen. Later, you can also tap Add a new draw at the end of your marker list.

  2. 2

    Upload the PDF or screenshots

Tap Upload PDF and pick your lab report from Files. No PDF? Tap Screenshots and pick up to 6 images of your results pages.

Protocol reads the report, pulls out each biomarker and checks it against its range. It takes about a minute, and you can leave the screen open while it works.

  3. 3

    See your results

When it's done, you'll see how many biomarkers were imported. Tap View your results.

Biomarkers opens with your coach's read at the top, then every marker sorted by status: Out of range, Optimal and Sufficient. Tap a marker to see its history across every draw.

Tips

Free and Pro

Your first draw is free. Pro tracks every draw after that, so you can see each marker change over time.

On the web

Signed in at stayonprotocol.com, open Biomarkers, then the lab imports page, and drop the PDF or screenshots in.

PDF won't open?

If it's in iCloud Drive, open it once in Files so it downloads, then try again. Over 4 MB? Upload screenshots of the results pages instead.

Uploaded the wrong file?

Under Past imports, tap the trash icon on that import, then Delete import. Its biomarkers are removed with it.

Turn results into goals

On the coach's read card, tap Lab-Based Goals. Protocol matches out-of-range markers to the daily habits most likely to move them, and you can add them to your goals. Set your goals.
